Freedom in Action: Victory in Washington! Employees Reclaim Their Voice

We’re proud to share a major win for employee freedom at Purcor Pest Solutions in Washington State.

With CIE’s support, 32 of 57 employees signed a petition rejecting union representation. The petition was delivered to the employer on Friday, February 13, and after verifying the signatures, the company promptly withdrew recognition.

Our client, Terry Layton, played a key role in organizing a focused “blitz” campaign surrounding a monthly company meeting — with most signatures gathered in just 36 hours. The result was decisive, and the union was caught completely off guard by the strength and unity of the workforce.
