RealClear Education: Kelley LaBedz In Her Own Words

In a new op-ed for RealClear Education, our client Kelley LaBedz walks through her journey of taking on the Martin County, Florida teachers' union. What started out as a simple request for basic financial records resulted in retaliation and an unlawful expulsion. In March, the Florida Public Employee Relation Commission ruled in her favor, though the union has decided to appeal that landmark decision.
